After leaving education, he held various corporate sales and training positions that led him to become an expert in franchise and business development. With extensive experience in all franchise models – start-up, conversion, and portfolio diversification in various industries and multiple countries, Erik has become a trusted advisor for businesses looking to grow both domestically and internationally.

Erik’s deep understanding of his clients’ industries, along with his fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, and Russian, allows him to advise companies on managing and accelerating their growth plans according to the most suitable development expansion model. He has a unique relationship with the Hispanic and Latino population worldwide, and his experience as a color commentator for the New Orleans Saints on KGLA Radio Tropical between 1994 and 1996 highlights his expertise in communication and relationship-building.

Originally from Quebec City, Canada, Erik studied Education at Laval University in Quebec and Spanish Literature at Complutense University in Madrid, Spain. He is a huge sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family in Dallas, Texas. Erik’s favorite quote, “I’ve been called many names throughout my life, and my favorite one is dad,” speaks to his love for his family and the importance of relationships in his life.
