ELLEN M. McDOWELL is an attorney admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She graduated from Rutgers University Law School Camden cum laude in 1988 with a Tax Honors Certificate. Ms. McDowell has lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Pennsylvania Bar. Since 1989 she has practiced extensively in Superior Court as well as in Bankruptcy Courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has also represented many banks and Fortune 500 companies. In 1997, Ms. McDowell co-founded Whittlesey McDowell & Holtz, a general practice law firm with offices in Maple Shade and Sicklerville, New Jersey which is now known as McDowell Law, PC.  Ms. McDowell handles civil litigation, commercial bankruptcies, residential and commercial real estate matters, land use, Wills and estates and corporate and probate matters.
