Mr. McClain personally oversees the marketing, origination, processing, underwriting, and closing of each transaction to ensure personalized, hands-on service. His broad and diverse background includes representing both institutional and private sources of capital. He has successfully placed over $1,000,000,000 in transactions beginning in 1992 to present, including, debt, mezzanine, and equity, and strives to service each client’s needs.
Mr. McClain is the proud father of three amazing children. He loves boating, traveling, outdoors, and helping others.
